Organisation and management
CEOP-AEGIS is project no. 212921 of the European Commission FP7 program, and follows the organisation presented on figure 1. The Financial and Legal coordination of CEOP-AEGIS belongs to the University of Strasbourg (UDS), France. Project rules are formalized by a Grant Agreement signed between UDS and the European Commission, and by a Consortium Agreement defining rights and obligations between participating organizations.
CEOP-AEGIS involves 18 participating organizations (hereafter "partners") from France, The Netherlands, Germany, Italy, Spain, China, India and Japan.
The scientific coordination belongs to Prof. Massimo MENENTI from TU Delft, and Dr. Li JIA from ALTERRA, The Netherlands.
The scientific tasks of the project are split in 11 Workpackages (WP), plus one WP for management tasks. Cross-cutting scientific themes are grouped into 4 Working Groups (WG).
